MANY thanks to everyone who sent in pictures of the super blood moon seen in the skies above West Sussex.

Last night’s ‘supermoon’ coincided with a lunar eclipse and was visible in western Europe, west Africa, and America.

Such an event was last seen in 1982 and will not be viewed again until 2033.

Many people got pictures of the moon at its most dramatic at 4.30am today (September 28).
