A TOTAL of £2,500 has been distributed to good causes from this year’s Pagham on Parade.
The grants have been announced by the organisers of the annual event each August, held by the parish council.
This year’s survived an early downpour to again prove to be popular and profitable with a record entry of classic vehicles.
The proceeds were handed to: Pagham Residents’ Association minibus, Bognor Regis Local History Society, St Ninian’s United Reformed Church, Wonder Girls, BRIDE, Arun Sounds, RAFA Choir, Pagham Line Dancers, Help for Heroes, RNLI Selsey Lifeboat, Sussex Air Ambulance, St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice, Sussex Snowdrop Trust, Pagham Luncheon Club, Pagham Chestnuts Club, Bognor Regis ATC, Canine Partners, Brent Lodge Bird and Wildlife Trust and Dreams Come True.
Next year’s 2014 Pagham on Parade will take place on August 17.
