A trustee in bankruptcy has instructed the sale of three one-bedroom flats in Bognor Regis town centre.
At the same address, and all leasehold, they are among 27 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, next month.
Vacant flat 2, at 19 Canada Grove, has a guide price of £52,000-58,000.
Flat 5, which is let at £5,700 a year, has the same estimate and flat 6, let at £4,700 annually, is guided at £40,000-45,000.
Emma Attrell, a senior auction valuer at Clive Emson, said: “We anticipate keen interest, given the competitive pricing and letting potential.
“The instruction to dispose of the properties came from the trustee in bankruptcy.”
The same auction will also see a detached two-bedroom bungalow in Pagham come under the auctioneer’s hammer.
The property, at 64 Harbour Road, is built around former railway carriages and is on a private road.
It has a freehold estimate of £130,000-150,000. The property, which includes a former swimming pool, backs on to open land.
It has easy access to the beach.
Starting at 11am, the first of Clive Emson’s eight regional sales this year takes place at The Hilton Brighton Metropole at Brighton on February 11.
The previous round of auctions, in December, raised more than £15m, with 85 per cent of lots sold.
Clive Emson has 40 staff and is a property and land auctioneer to estate agents, commercial property agents, statutory bodies and private clients.
It was established by namesake founder and director Clive Emson in 1989, with eight sets of four auctions throughout this year. It is among the top six auctioneers in the UK.
