A BUSINESSWOMAN who is passionate about design has been nominated for a Woman of the Year Award.

Meg Fenn, from Worthing, has been put forward for the category of Online Business.

Supporting local, national and international clients, Meg helps individuals and businesses develop an effective online presence through her company White Ochre Design.

“I am absolutely thrilled to be nominated for a business award,” she said.

“I am passionate about design, about my clients and their businesses and about all things to do with design and the web.”

Meg established White Ochre Design Ltd in 2003 and specialises in design for print, websites, logos, brochures, adverts and newsletters.

“One of the advantages of being an online business is that I employ a junior web designer who works remotely and my clients, who are individuals, charities, PR companies, and small to medium-sized businesses, are located all across the UK, USA, Spain, France and Australia.”

In addition to running the company, Meg is also an author, parent blogger and mother to three young children.

“It is a huge honour to be nominated for an award and I look forward to meeting the other nominees and learning about their businesses at the awards ceremony in July,” said Meg.

The person who nominated Meg said she provided ‘fantastic’ customer service to all her clients and helped them achieve their goals.
