MICKEY Mouse will be making a special guest appearance at a family fun day next month.
The famous character will be meeting and greeting children at the Sunday Funday in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice from 11am-4pm on August 10 at Bognor Rugby Club, off Hampshire Avenue, Bognor Regis.
The day is packed full of fun activities for all the family.
They will include bouncy castles, inflatable games, live music and DJs, a photobooth, face painting, family sports fun and dance performances.
Any hunger built up after all that enjoyment can be sated with the free burger or hot dog included in the ticket price. There’s also a bar, cake stall, sweet stall and barbecue.
A fire crew from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service will be calling in as well, while a raffle will have a range of prizes up for grabs.
A spokeswoman for the organisers said the event was being held after the success of the initial occasion last year.
“This is the second year that the Sunday Funday has taken place –and it’s back by popular demand.
“St Wilfrid’s Hospice is such a good cause and does so much to help local people.
“Please come along and support us. We can guarantee a fun time will be had by all,” she said.
Tickets cost £6 per adult, £5 per child (under 12s) and £15 for a family – two adults and two children. There is a £1.50 premium a person on each ticket bought on the gates. Tickets are available in advance from Fitness First, Lookfantastic, St Wilfrid’s and many other outlets.
