Cyclist robbed in Bognor Regis park

POLICE have appeal for witnesses after a cyclist was robbed in a Bognor Regis park.

The 39-year-old male victim was riding a bicycle in Hotham Park on Monday, December 16 around 2pm when two men also on bikes approached him.

The two men then stole cash and made off towards Felpham.

The first suspect is described as a mixed race southern European man, aged between 25 and 30, 6ft and of stocky build and with black short hair.

He was wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms and black quilted jacket and rode a white mountain bike.

The second suspect is described as a white man, aged 30, again 6ft, but of skinny build and with brown hair.

He was wearing dark blue jeans and quilted jacket and rode a grey bicycle.

Anyone who saw the incident is asked to call Sussex Police on 101, quoting serial 660 of 16/12, or email: 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk.
