HANDMADE willow stars will be the perfect addition to the festive season.
The workshops were run at Bognor Regis’ Cloudhopper Gallery and saw budding artists use their creative flair to make some extra-special Christmas decorations and presents.
The stars were fashioned using wooden pieces, which were bent into shape and then tied together with string.
The event, which took place last Saturday, was the latest for the High Street gallery which opened its doors earlier this year.
The creative space is run by Community Arts Bognor Regis CIC, in partnership with Arun District Council, and aims to promote creativity in the area so anyone from professional artists to local families has the chance to try out their artistic flair.
Keeping with the festive spirit, the gallery will be running its Open Christmas Show until Saturday.
The event showcases a mixed exhibition of works by 27 artists.
It could be the ideal opportunity to buy Christmas presents with a difference.
After the festive season, there will also be an Affordable Art Show.
Starting on January 14 and running for some three weeks, the mixed exhibition is all by local artists at reduced prices.
The gallery will be closed over the Christmas period from December 24 through until January 14.
