A SIX-week period has begun in which the public can have their say about development plans around Bognor Regis.
The consultation about the Arun local plan began last Thursday and will end at 5pm on December 11.
This is the final stage of consultation before the local plan is subject to an examination in public by an independent planning inspector.
An Arun spokesman said: “Its purpose is to set out the key development projects that will deliver new jobs, housing and community facilities. It promotes new sites that will be both promoted and protected from development.
“It identifies new infrastructure that will be needed to support future growth and it contains the planning policies the council will use to determine planning applications.”
Comments about the plan can be made by email or post to Arun District Council. Copies can also be viewed at Bognor Regis Town Hall, the Arun Civic Centre in Littlehampton and libraries and parish councils around Bognor.
