A FUN day for funds for Pagham’s sea defences is being held this month.
The Pagham Action Group is staging the event on August 23 to help the area’s flood defence trust raise money towards the vital work.
The day will take place from 11am-5pm at Pagham village hall and field on Pagham Road.
Attractions will include model aeroplanes, traditional fete stalls, bouncy castle, the Spit Monster and face-painting.
There will also be a vintage ice cream van, raffle, food and refreshments.
All the proceeds will go towards the trust’s work in protecting Pagham beach and village by contributing some of the cost of the vital sea defence works.
The event follows a successful initial day by the trust last March.
More details about its work can be found at www.savepaghambeach.com or the Save Pagham Beach page on Facebook.
Donations can also be made at the website.
