FLOOD victims around Bognor Regis have been offered help to restart their lives.
The Littlehampton Flood Relief Committee has a surplus of donations which can be collected by those that have been affected by the flooding.
Donations and supplies range from toiletries, bedding, shoes, clothing and food parcels to white goods such as kettles, microwaves, toasters and fridges.
Nick Gibb, the MP for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton, visited the committee to find out about its work.
He said: “Littlehampton Flood Relief Committee, which can be found on Facebook, have leapt into action to provide food, clothes and equipment to those who have suffered loss from the recent flooding.
“They have been overwhelmed by donations and the public’s generosity and want to help flood victims Elmer, Middleton, Felpham and aligning affected areas, including Littlehampton.
“These are wonderful people who are providing help and friendship at difficult times.”
The items can be collected from the Raydar charity building at 4 Evans Garden, (behind the Silk Road restaurant), Arcade Road, Littlehampton BN17 5AP (tel 01903 722666).
