GENEROUS customers at a Bognor Regis store donated bags of food to those in need.
The shoppers in Tesco handed over groceries, such as milk and sugar, worth £2,000 to volunteers from the town’s food bank during their latest collection at the Shripney Road store.
Nick Barnes, the store’s better service manager, said: “Tesco will top this up by a further 30 per cent. This is the third collection we’ve held since Christmas. Many local families in need have benefited.”
