POLICE have urged motorists not to make it easy for thieves after more break-ins to cars across the area.
On April 2, officers received reports a car parked in Hedgerow Close, Felpham had been broken into.
Police said the car had been left unlocked. Missing belongings include a mobile phone, wallet and other personal items.
Over last weekend, three vehicles parked around the town were also targeted by thieves.
In Hastings Close, damage was caused to the back of a vehicle and a car parked in Marshall Avenue was also broken into.
The owner of a third car, which had been left insecure in Longford Road, also returned to find their vehicle had been broken into.
Items stolen from the three vehicles include a jacket, CDs, darts, satnav, digital camera, power tools, bag and a wallet.
