Cyclist injured in Bognor Regis

A CYCLIST was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a collision in Bognor Regis

Emergency services were called to Upper Bognor Road, at the entrance to Butlin’s, at 4.10pm on Saturday (August 17) after a collision between a cycle and a blue Nissan Micra.

The 83-year-old male cyclist from Bognor was taken to St Richard’s Hospital with serious injuries.

The 19-year-old man driving the Micra was uninjured.
