Vehicle crimes reported

A THIEF could have left behind a hoodie after a car was broken into in Bognor Regis.

The grey jumper was left in the vehicle which was parked in Hillsboro Road.

It is thought the thief struck sometime overnight on March 1. A CD player was taken and the hoodie was discovered later by the owner.

Three days earlier a car parked in Shripney Lane was broken into.

The theft took place overnight and police at this stage did not know if anything was missing.

The same night a resident reported seeing a suspicious vehicle in Westfields.

The white pick-up truck caught the attention of the person as it was being driven around by a male who seemed to be looking around.

No other similar reports were made to police about this time,
