Police hunt champagne thieves after Bognor break-in

Police are appealing for witnesses after champagne was stolen during a burglary in Bognor Regis.

Between 9am and 1pm on Wednesday, November 21, offenders broke into a property in Upper Bognor Road via an insecure window.

Several distinctive bottles of champagne were stolen along with a green ‘Antler’ holdall.

Descriptions of the champagne include a bottle of orange label Veuve Clicquot, black label Krug in a black triangle-shaped bottle, Moet and Chandon and three other bottles of unknown champagne.

A police spokesperson said: “If anyone has any information relating to this incident, or you have been offered the items described, then please call police on on 101 quoting serial 0672 of 21 November.”
