The following are the latest results contributed by HM Courts Service, for cases sentenced by West Sussex Magistrates’ Court sitting at Worthing and Chichester from July 18 to 22, 2016.
Grace Hammond, 29, of Dorset Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order after admitting causing £250 damage to a garden gate and kitchen window in Bognor Regis on June 4, 2016; causing £500 damage to a car in Bognor Regis on June 4, 2016; and two charges of assaulting a police constable in Bognor Regis on June 4, 2016. She must pay a total of £200 compensation for the assaults, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Adam Krawczymski, 61, of Wellington Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £225 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £500 costs, after being found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for analysis when required by police in Chichester on May 22, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.
Glenn McShane, 39, of Berrymill Close, Bognor Regis, was given a 14-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must carry out 240 hours’ unpaid work after admitting failing to stop after an accident in Harbour View Road, Pagham, in which a person was injured. He was given a 12-week concurrent prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting drink-driving (68mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Harbour View Road, Pagham, on May 1, 2016. He must pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 46 months. He was fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance and admitted driving without a licence, no separate penalty.
Nathan Chick, 19, of Templars Close, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for six months after admitting damaging a window in Chichester on June 30, 2016. He must pay £128.18 compensation.
Darren Valler, 29, of Drove Lane, Earnley, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drug-driving (6mg cannabis per litre of blood) in Canal Wharf, Chichester, on May 12, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £120 after admitting driving without insurance and discharged conditionally for six months after admitting possessing cannabis.
Monika Rewicka, 31, of Clifton Court, Clifton Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £300 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £450 costs, after being found guilty of stealing an iPhone 5, driving licence, bank card and other cards worth £200 in Bognor Regis between February 19, 2016, and February 26, 2016.
Luke Craig, 25, of Wessex Avenue, East Wittering, was fined £85 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £127 costs, after admitting fishing without a licence at Southern Leisure Complex, Chichester, on April 30, 2016.
