Handbag snatched from woman on Bognor Regis street

Police are hunting three men who grabbed a handbag from a woman in Bognor Regis.

A couple from Bognor Regis were attacked in Hawkins Close at around 8.30pm on Friday, November 16, after they were approached by three men on foot.

The 36-year old man was punched in the face and the 34-year old woman was punched in the face and stomach, but neither were seriously hurt.

The woman was carrying a bag containing personal belongings and a quantity of cash at the time - which was snatched by the men, who then ran away.

One of the men is described as short and of stocky build with a round face, about 22-23, and is believed to be Polish. He was wearing a grey tracksuit. The other two were wearing dark clothing.
