TWELVE students from the Bognor Regis-based Prince’s Trust programme have celebrated completing their qualification and course.
Family and friends joined the celebrations at Seasons as the young people, aged between 16 and 24, presented an evening about the programme and their achievements over its 12 weeks.
Team leader Roy Newnham said: “The highlights included a community project helping to decorate The Old Glassworks day centre for the homeless, and a week-long residential in Dartmouth working on teamwork and problem solving.”
The students explained how they had all gained jobs, apprenticeships or been accepted into colleges before they received certificates for their accomplishments.
The Prince’s Trust programme, based in the High Street, is now run by Asphaleia Training. It is recruiting for this month’s free new course.
