A ROADSHOW will be held by West Sussex County Council for residents of the Six Villages.
The event will take place at the White Swan Hotel in Arundel from 5.30pm next Monday (December 2). It will be held before the next meeting of the Joint Downland Area Committee.
The roadshow will tell residents about the priorities the council proposes to make over the next four years following the loss of around £140m of government support from its budget.
Residents will be given a chance to offer their opinions and solutions about the financial issues.
County council leader Louise Goldsmith said: “We are very keen to ensure that residents have an appreciation of the scale of the savings that need to be made over the next four years, and the reasons for them.
“I want to stress that no final decisions have been taken about any services at this stage. We are building a clear picture of our priorities, and welcome the opportunity to hear the views of residents on them.”
