Chance for youngsters show talent

THEATRICAL youngsters could be given their chance to shine in Bognor Regis.

Knightstar Productions, a new company set up by Jackie Kenyon and her daughter Abigail-Esther Knight will be holding open auditions for their production of Honk Junior the musical story of The Ugly Duckling which puts across messages about accepting others for who they are. There are a good number of solo parts, as well as lots of parts for dancers, actors and singers.

Knightstar is looking for young people from the ages of eight to 19.

The production with be performed at The Regis Centre, in Belmont Street, next April.

The show will be directed and choreographed by Abigail, who has choreographed locally for BROS Musical Productions, Boxstep Theatre Company and, most recently, for Knightstar’s own very successful debut show The World Goes Round.

Musical director will be Helen Emery – a professional music teacher, singer and pianist. Helen has worked with a large number of local societies and teaches lessons in singing and piano.
