FITNESS fans in Bognor Regis can now work out in style.
Thanks to a £140,000 refurbishment and expansion of the gym in the Arena Sports Centre, in Westloats Lane, hitting the gym just became a lot more fun.
Centre manager Simon Burton said: “We are friendly professional gym that caters for all ages, sizes and abilities.
“The expansion has allowed us to increase the number of stations we have to 80 which means we can take a lot more members.
“There is also still a lot of space so people can move freely around the gym and access the equipment easily.
“And we could expand further.”
The improvement works, which took six weeks, were carried out after a member survey showed 61 per cent wanted the gym to be expanded.
