HOT meals will be on the menu at a Bognor Regis coffee shop.
Planning approval has been given for a condition which limited the food which could be sold at The London Road Coffee Shop to be removed.
This stopped cooking or frying taking place on the premises, opened this year in the precinct.
But Arun District Council planning officer Katherine Rawlins has decided the restriction is no longer needed.
No objection existed in principle to wider range of hot food being served there.
However, she insisted an extraction system had to be installed to ensure the removal of any smells caused by cooking.
Two objections to the proposal were received by Arun. The town council had no objection.
