Bognor crepes stall is given approval
A TRADER has been given permission to sell crepes from a stall in Bognor Regis town centre.
Krisztian Mokos received the go-ahead for his business from Arun District Council’s licensing and enforcement committee.
Mr Mokos wants to operate his stall in the London Road precinct from 9am to 5pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
Glenn James, the council’s licensing officer, told the committee last Friday: “The stall is purpose-built for the type of goods being sold and has had an advisory inspection by food officers.”
The position of the stall will be agreed by Mr Mokos and the council. The stall will also be inspected by a food safety officer once it is in use.
