Bognor Regis offices to be turned into flats
A PLAN to convert offices in Bognor Regis town centre into housing has been welcomed by councillors.
Minor Ltd received planning permission for the work at 108-110 London Road.
It will convert the commercial premises into four maisonettes and three one-bed flats.
An extension to 110 London Road will provide a one-bed apartment and ten parking spaces.
Arun District Council’s development control committee backed the scheme.
Cllr Stephen Haymes (Yapton) said at the meeting: “The existing building in London Road is not the prettiest building.
“This proposal is certainly an improvement on the site so I give it my full support.”
The town council objected.
