A WOMAN had her handbag snatched while she was walking in Aldwick.
The woman was in Aldwick Road, heading towards Gossamer Lane, when the crime occurred.
A man grabbed her bag and made off.
He was described as possibly in his 20s, about 5ft 9ins tall, and of sporty athletic build. He wore a blue denim jacket.
The bag was a River Island brand, washed-out black handbag which contained a pink purse with pink glitter squares. It also contained a Nokia mobile phone.
The snatch happened about 1.45am on December 22.
A red patent clutch bag, with a white iPhone 4, was stolen when it was briefly left in The Steyne, Bognor Regis, at 11.45pm the previous night.
