Advice and support is available

ADVICE on how to keep warm and healthy during the next few colder months is on offer.

The Arun and Chichester Wellbeing teams have two home energy visitors, on hand to provide free, impartial advice on ways to heat your home more efficiently.

Emma Pagett and Jo
Williamson are happy to
visit the homes of vulnerable people or offer advice over
the phone.

Paul Wotherspoon, Arun District Council’s cabinet member for community
services, said: “Taking care of the more vulnerable members of our community is important and the support from Arun Wellbeing aims to place them in a better position to tackle the cold weather and the challenges it brings.”

Eileen Lintill, Chichester District Council’s cabinet member for communities
and wellbeing agreed: “Our home energy visitors can
also be a gateway for many people to get the care and help they need in other areas of their life.”
