A-LEVELS: Brilliant results for Barnham students

STUDENTS in Barnham have been celebrating a splendid set of A-Level results.

The wait was finally over this morning (Thursday, August 15) for students from St Philip Howard Catholic High School.

And for many the results did not disappoint.

Two of the school’s students gained places at Oxford and 90 per cent of all pupils will be going on to university and higher education.

An impressive 83 per cent of students were awarded grades ranging from A* to C with 27 percent gaining A* and As.

Enrolment for the next batch of sixth form students will take place on August 22 and the school is looking forward to welcoming students new and old.

There are still some places left, but they are going fast.
