Homes approved in North Bersted

Berkeley Homes has received planning permission for a hundred of the homes it intends to build in North Bersted.
The approval of the company's detailed plans for part of the site six development of 650 dwellings was made by Arun District Council's planning officers.

It follows last year's council backing of the company's outline proposals.

The application for the hundred dwellings is among several which have been submitted to Arun by Berkeley and its fellow developer, Persimmon Homes.
