Hard-working lifeboat supporters around Bognor Regis have been thanked for raising more than £15,000 in the past year.
The members of the town's RNLI branch were joined at their annual meeting by the charity's south east England fundraising manager.

Nick Kenyon congratulated them on their efforts during 2007.

The meeting was held at the home of the branch chairman and treasurer, Rosemary and John Covell.

The committee was also joined by the branch's president, Roger Turner, and his wife, Janet.

Also welcomed at the meeting was Ken Wells who succeeds Jeremy Davey as secretary after four years.

Any potential new committee members should contact Jenny on 01243 825974.
