Footie-mad Jack Patching won a number one fan in mum Debbie when he presented her with a lovely Mother's Day treat.
The sporty ten-year-old, of Bognor, may have had a match with his Predators team but he made sure his mum was given her prize-winning cake first.

Jack won the Observer Magazine's design-a-cake competition, with More Foods, of Chichester, putting his design on top of a yummy cake.

"Mum does a lot of things for me, she looks after me and she's a nice person," said Jack, who is a pupil at Downview Primary School.

"This has really made my Mother's Day," said Debbie.
