Man released after car flips onto roof

FIREFIGHTERS released a man from his car after it flipped onto its roof near Billingshurst this morning.

Crews from Horsham Fire Station rushed to The Haven Road, The Haven, off the A29, at 10.43am today (Thursday September 4) after the car flipped over, left the road and landed in a hedge.

The 55-year-old man was released with minor injuries - a fire service spokesperson said.
