An online wedding gift list firm has ceased trading meaning two thousand couples could lose out on their wedding presents.
Despite attempts to rescue Wrapit the firm went into administration after it experienced severe financial difficulties.
Guests who purchased from the online wedding gift company are unlikely to get their money back.
Wrapit said purchases made on a credit or Visa debit card would be refunded, but customers who used a cheque or Switch/Maestro would lose out.
A call centre has been set up to handle customer concerns. Customers who believe they may be owed money should call 0844 7701301.
The Wrapit website allowed couples to compile their gift lists and for their guests to buy the items online through the site, which would then be delivered to the married couple.
ContactThe Herald wants to hear from wedding couples who are not going to receive their gifts from Wrapit, or from guests who have paid for those gifts.
