Cancer help for young sufferers in Chichester area
A CANCER support group aimed specifically at younger people will take place on Friday, February 24.
Aimed at people aged 21 to around 45, it offers advice and information on a wide range of topics including relationships and financial issues.
The session will run from 10.30am-midday at the Cancerwise centre in Basin Road, Chichester. Sessions are led by Helen Fowler, manger of the Macmillan Information and Support Service at the Fernhurst centre, St Richard’s Hospital.
“You can drop in, you don’t need to book, and the idea is that people are able to come along and gain support from each other,” she said.
