Plans for old farm

Cowdray Estate is planning to turn the redundant agricultural farm Heathlands at Bepton into a rural studies centre.
Plans including refurbishment and minor modifications to Grade II listed barns, demolition of an asbestos-clad milking shed and replacement of a steel barn with a new accommodation building have been submitted to Chichester District Council.
